Collection of your products can be arranged. Perth based customers can collect from Cockburn area. Please choose Pick Up in your checkout. Generally, orders will be ready for collection within 1-2 business days.

Usual despatch time is 1-2 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-3 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).

Sending Secret Little Planner as a gift?
Mention this in the notes section and we will ensure no invoice is packaged. We can add a gift note in and send straight to your lucky friend or family member.
Preferred Supplier
Australia Post is our preferred supplier (unless otherwise advised).
A tracking number will be emailed through once an order is processed for your piece of mind.
To keep your order as safe possible, all parcels are sent with a signature required on delivery. If a safe drop / authority to leave is required, customers can change this delivery method once a tracking number is processed through the courier services website only.
Any changes to delivery after a tracking number has been supplied is done at the customers risk and Hope Lane Designs will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop /authority to leave should they go missing.
Shipping Details
Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. This includes name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
PRE-ORDERS
When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the preorder is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed.

Once an order has been placed, please reach out to us, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received so that we can investigate the situation and action for you.
